Who we are
Protection Brands LLC is based in Isle of Palms, South Carolina. We offer travel protection and vacation rental damage protection to individual vacation homeowners, small property management companies and travel-related businesses. Coverage that was once available only to large property managers is now part of the guest experience for lodging providers of every size.
Travel protection
Partners link travelers to our travel protection site, where they quote and buy coverage online. Travel protection reimburses non-refundable trip costs when a covered reason forces a traveler to cancel or interrupt their trip. Plans are underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company, a Crum & Forster company.
Damage protection
Hosts and property managers protect their property against accidental damage caused by guests. Coverage replaces the security deposit and keeps the host–guest relationship intact if something breaks. Purchases and claims are handled online at damageprotection.insure.
Our platform
Our systems handle the whole purchase: order processing, delivery of coverage documents, claims submission and payment processing, so partners can offer protection without building anything themselves.
